Terms of Service

NudgeDesk connects to your Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts through the official Meta APIs to answer messages, qualify leads, manage conversations and help you take payments in chat. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

When using NudgeDesk you agree not to:

• Send spam, or message people who have not opted in, in breach of the WhatsApp and Instagram platform rules.
• Break the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, or any applicable law.
• Use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to message the people you contact through NudgeDesk.

NudgeDesk depends on Instagram, WhatsApp and other services run by Meta and third parties. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, and changes they make may affect how NudgeDesk works.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at signup. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. We will give notice before changing prices, and a change takes effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

NudgeDesk and Ahvan Digital own the service, its software and its branding. You keep ownership of your own content and data. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city in which Ahvan Digital is registered have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell account holders directly. Continuing to use NudgeDesk after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email hello@nudgedesk.io.
