What we never bundle as "unlimited" is outbound marketing and broadcast templates. Since Meta moved to per-template pricing in 2026, every one of those has a real cost. We meter it at Meta's published rate plus GST and show it on your invoice: no markup, no mystery multiplier. A blast to 3,000 contacts is a real expense; you should see it, not have it hidden inside a plan.

Is there a per-message charge?
No, not on the part that matters. Every inbound message and every reply inside the 24-hour window is free, on both Instagram and WhatsApp. The only metered thing is outbound marketing / broadcast templates, billed at Meta's own rate plus GST and passed through at cost. No hidden per-message markup.
Do I need a new number or a Facebook Page?
No new number. NudgeDesk runs on your existing WhatsApp Business number via the official Cloud API. Instagram connects with Instagram Login and needs no Facebook Page.
Are the INR prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Displayed INR prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, and we issue a proper GST invoice every month so you can claim input credit.
Which currency am I billed in?
Businesses in India are billed in INR with a GST invoice. International customers are billed in USD. Use the INR / USD toggle above to see either. The currency is set by where your business is registered.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in and no setup fee. Upgrade, downgrade, or disconnect whenever you like.
What about international marketing messages?
Send logic is region-aware. WhatsApp does not deliver marketing templates to US numbers, but utility, authentication and service messages still work everywhere. NudgeDesk routes each message by category and country under the hood so you don't get surprise failures.
Is native UPI-in-chat available everywhere?
Native in-chat UPI payment is India / INR only, because that's how WhatsApp's payment rails work. Everywhere else, NudgeDesk sends a payment link (UPI, Razorpay, Cashfree): one tap, no app switch.
