The AI keeps working, and conversations above your plan's limit are billed at its published overage rate: $0.20 each on Launch, $0.15 on Growth and $0.10 on Scale. We won't cut your leads off mid-month or force you into an upgrade.
Any time, in either direction. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Monthly plans are month to month, and you can cancel any time. Annual plans run for twelve months and cost ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.
Setup and onboarding is included on annual plans, and on Scale and Enterprise. On monthly Launch and Growth plans, setup and onboarding costs $1,200.
We connect your Instagram and WhatsApp, set the agent up on your business, and test it with you before it goes live. It usually takes three to five working days.
Meta charges its own per message fee on business-initiated WhatsApp template messages, billed at cost through your dashboard. Replies inside WhatsApp's 24 hour window don't carry that fee.
No. You pay your plan's subscription, plus any conversations above your plan's limit at its published rate. What you sell is yours.
